We Hate Rules...
...just as much as you do! But without them, the facility, your safety, and your overall enjoyment at City Fitness could be compromised. To keep everyone on our premises safe and happy, we enforce a number of policies, procedures, rules and regulations designed to provide a healthy environment for you, our members and guests.
These policies apply to your conduct while on City Fitness premises, including our facilities and all outdoor areas, including parking lots and sidewalks surrounding the gym. By becoming a member of our City Fitness family, you agree to obey these rules.
In some cases, some policies may apply to a single City Fitness center. The law may establish different requirements pertaining to certain centers and may not be specified here. In the event of a conflict between policies, the more restrictive policy will apply.
While don't want to be the bad guys, we are unwilling to compromise our facilities, the safety of our clubs and members' overall experience at City Fitness. As such, violation of any of these policies may result in membership suspension or terminatation. Our decision on all questions regarding construction or interpretation of these policies is final.
We reserve the right to alter these policies at any time without notice in our sole discretion. You may find the most recent version of these policies on our website or at your specific facility. As a member or guest of City Fitness, you are responsible for reviewing and complying with these policies at all times. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask a manager or City Fitness staff member.
